Insured event - Health Insurance for Foreign Nationals

The following losses are covered:

the costs of health care provided to the Insured by a healthcare facility in the Czech Republic, or as the case may be the Schengen Area.

In the event of a loss:

it is necessary to contact the assistance service without undue delay and follow its instructions, and those of the Insurer. Contact to the assistance service:

When reporting an insured event, you should be prepared to provide the following information:

the insurance contract number
the initials of the Insured
a description of the damage
the place where the event occurred

How to report an insured event:

An insured event must be reported without undue delay.
The Insured, a parent, or a guardian may report an insured event.

If you want to report an insured event using our website or forms, you must also attach all the documents specified in notification and necessary to handle the claim.
